Shabakkat is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Support leadership with organizational development and talent management initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Iraq labor law.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the telecom or technology sector is a plus.
