Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to handle all legal affairs of the company, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Location: SuliKim company – Sulaymaniyah 

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: General Manager

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: Inside and outside the office, depending on company requirements.

Annual Leave: 21 days per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
• Provide legal advice and consultation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Represent the company in court proceedings, disputes, and negotiations with external parties.
• Manage corporate legal affairs, including company policies, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation for management.
• Maintain accurate legal records and case management using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in handling labor law issues, business registrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on new laws and regulations affecting the industry.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or a related legal field).
• Proven experience in corporate or business law.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and Advanced English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for legal documentation and analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with team, and manage multiple legal tasks.
• Must own a car and be willing to travel for business purposes.
