Requirements 

1. Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Minimum diploma or equivalent.
