Position Overview
Arcella is looking for a skilled Technical Fiber Speed professional to support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of our fiber optic network, This role focuses on ensuring high-speed internet performance by handling technical aspects of fiber optic connections and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and maintain fiber optic equipment and network components.
2. Test and troubleshoot fiber optic cables, connections, and related hardware.
3. Monitor network performance and resolve technical faults promptly.
4. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
5. Document all technical activities accurately and timely.
6. Assist in network upgrades and expansions as needed.
7. Follow safety procedures and company policies in all technical work.

Key Performance Indicators :
• Installation: 14 new internet installations per month.
• Maintenance: 21 preventive maintenance tasks per day.
Qualifications & Experience:
•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• ≥ 1 year of hands-on experience with fiber optic networks and high-speed internet systems. Or similar) and proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp.

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent problem-solving and fiber optic troubleshooting abilities.
•  Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•  Clear verbal and written communication for effective customer interaction.
•  Detail-oriented with strong technical documentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently in field conditions.
•  Proficient with fiber optic testing tools and technical diagnostic software.
•  Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and outside regular hours as needed.
