We're seeking a proactive and versatile Sales Operations Specialist to provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring they achieve their targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Actively assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing ongoing support.

• Payment Collections: Manage and oversee the collection of payments from clients.

• Document Handling: Efficiently manage paperwork delivery and documentation.

• Market Research: Conduct outdoor research to gather market intelligence.

• Transport Coordination: Drive the sales team to meetings and assist with travel arrangements.

• External Liaison: Handle company demands both outside and inside the office, including interacting with clients and partners.

• Sales Engagement: Engage in sales activities in coordination with the sales team.

• Logistics Management: Oversee and handle company logistics needs.

• Networking: Utilize personal connections to facilitate sales meetings and opportunities.

• Driver Coordination: Address driver issues and provide support to the sales team as needed.

• Travel for Research: Accompany the Senior Sales Executive to meetings in other cities for market research.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in using standard office software and technology.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

• All necessary soft skills, including adaptability, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
