Job Description

Requirements 

 

  1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Experience in a high-volume or fine dining Lebanese restaurant is a plus.
  2. Education: Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
  3. Strong culinary skills and a good understanding of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  4. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  5. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  8. Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  9. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  10. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
