Requirements 

1. Previous experience in a leadership role in a bar – nonalcoholic or beverage-focused establishment.
2. Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles.
3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
6. Creative flair and passion for creating unique and memorable beverage experiences.
7. Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting principles.
8. Experience with POS systems and beverage software is preferred.
9. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or beverage management is a plus.
