Job Description

Requirements 

 

  1. "Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cusine.
  7. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred.
  9. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  10. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in accordance with the restaurant’s standards."
