Requirements 

1. Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
2. Manage the waitlist and reservations, accurately recording guest information and estimated wait times.
3. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
4. Communicate with servers and management to ensure timely seating and efficient table turnover.
5. Monitor the dining room and anticipate guest needs, such as highchairs or special accommodations.
6. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess stand and lobby area.
8. Assist with additional tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting with coat check, as needed.
9. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
10. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is preferred.
11. Presentable.
