Duties and responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with Meraki’s services.
• Understand clients marketing goals and strategies and develop plans and recommendations to achieve those goals.
• Working with designers, content creators, and Marketing Specialists to understand the project scope and objectives.
• Creating and delivering content in English, Kurdish, and Arabic for various media platforms (ex: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate communication between clients and Meraki departments.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for clients and to provide insight to the Meraki's teams.
• Create and present reports on campaign performance and results to clients.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in the field of Marketing.
• To have a background and knowledge of various marketing aspects: Branding, Graphics, Editing, and Copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Kurdish, English, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances in language usage in all three languages.
