Position Overview
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager owns Arcella’s commercial growth strategy, balancing subscriber acquisition, B2B key‑account expansion and omnichannel brand campaigns. The role leads a cross‑functional team and manages an annual marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the annual go‑to‑market plan, aligning with CEO revenue objectives.
- Lead and coach Sales (field & inside) and Marketing (digital & events) teams; embed KPI‑driven culture.
- Own pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM, ensuring ≥ 95 % data accuracy.
- Develop and optimize digital campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with real‑estate developers for last‑mile FTTH roll‑outs.
- Represent Arcella at industry conferences; deliver thought‑leadership content and press interviews.
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer insights; recommend price and product adjustments.
- Report monthly performance dashboards to C‑suite; adjust tactics based on data‑driven findings.
Key Performance Indicators (FY 2025)
- +20 % YoY total revenue growth (B2C & B2B combined).
- 5,000 net new FTTH subscribers acquired.
- Customer churn ≤ 3 % per quarter.
- 4 digital campaigns per quarter.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
- ≥ 5 years progressive sales & marketing experience in telecom/ISP/ICT; ≥ 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of hitting multi‑million‑dollar revenue targets and managing six‑figure budgets.
- Hands‑on CRM expertise (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation and key‑account management skills.
- Team‑leadership and coaching mindset; ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication in English, Kurdish and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Data‑driven decision‑maker comfortable presenting to C‑suite and external stakeholders.
